On the last Sunday of September, Queen's Park turns into a bookworm's mecca. Close to 250 of Canada's best poets, authors and storytellers are on hand to participate in readings, performances, workshops and other events. For the shopper, there are more than 200 magazine and book exhibits.
There's entertainment for all ages, from lessons on getting published at the Wordshop Marquee to sing-alongs at the TVOKids Stage. Best of all, all events are free.
Luckily I can walk to the event, can't wait to check this out!
